Who I am
I founded REBAR to help leaders land complex change. I’ve led transformation inside some of the UK’s best-known brands and retailers, across estates of 450+ sites and teams of 5,000+. I’ve been a trusted leader of significant change for over 20 years, spanning all areas of customer and retail development. ​

What I do
I help ambitious consumer brands and retailers align customer, proposition and operating models, then deliver across channels, formats, systems and teams. My expertise spans end-to-end: from ideation and strategy, to concepts and service design, operating model and governance, through to on-site delivery and optimisation. Equally, I've led commercial strategy development, through estate, stores, range, product and SKU level optimisation. I've worked with brands, retailers and top tier consultancies to support the transformational ambition of others - this is why REBAR was founded.
